In all aspects of her life, whether as a teacher, mother, creative entrepreneur, student, friend or colleague, Roxanne believes in the power of awareness to heal.
In her early 40s, Roxanne experienced first-hand how these mindfulness skills had the ability to heal. The tools and ancient practices she found on her own personal journey had universal application. Roxanne turned her focus towards teaching mindfulness and shares this awareness with others, welcoming all people to learn more about mindfulness. Roxanne offers retreats, one-on-one sessions, introduction courses, as well as weekly meditation gatherings.
Her aim is to provide a space for one’s own awareness to emerge. Her purpose is to guide others to make a commitment to themselves to cultivate and deepen their own practice, ultimately allowing them to connect to a kind, just and more connected self and world.
